Consideration
We are seeking offers in excess of £22 Million (Twenty Two Million
Pounds) plus a payment of £2 Million (Two Million) toward tenants
proposed refurbishment works. Capital items of expenditure on the
building fabric and/or services will become landlords fixtures and
fittings. Capital Allowances to be agreed.
